This is my journey to a healthy and happy life. I'm not a dietician, I'm not a nutritionist but I've got experience, so any questions you might have: I'm more than happy to answer them.
Name: Bo
Age: 24 years old
Height: 1.60 m
SW: 87 kg
CW: 83 kg
UGW: 65 kg
I think it is important to reward yourself during your journey, not only when you reach your UGW. I made this list the day I started my journey. I’m NOT losing weight to get these items. It’s more like a present I give myself for working my butt off, literally.
My dad found this list on my desk and wrote on it: “Given to you by mom and dad!” :) sweet right? So now every time I hit a goal weight, I get to go shopping with my mom or she brings me home a present.
Oh, also. I deliberately did not put food on my list…

THE ULTIMATE LIST:
GW1: 82 kg - reward: New scarf, hat and gloves
GW2: 80 kg - reward: MeMo Candle aka The-most-expensive-but-best-smelling-candle-ever
GW3: 77 kg - reward: Philosophy The Oxygen Peel
GW4: 75 kg - reward: Shopping day with the girls (to buy jeans)
GW5: 72 kg - reward: high heels
GW6: 69,9 kg - reward: spa day with the girls!
GW7: 68 kg - reward: bikini :)
GW8: 65 kg - reward: Photoshoot with the boyfriend + the ultimate dress @ Edinburgh
I have a bet with my boyfriend, if I weigh 65 kg on the day he gets his final results from school (around the first of july) He’s buying me a designer dress on our vacation! I don’t know if he truly knows what he’s getting in to, but a bet is a bet!
I decided to re-evaluate my ultimate goal weight when I’m down to 65 kg. I have not decided yet, wether it will be 65 kg or 60 kg… I think I need to be realistic about it and I also want to look at my body composition… as I’ve said before. I’ll need to re-evaluate. ;)
GW9: 62 kg = Victoria Secret
GW10: 60 kg = trip to Londen
