10 minute stationary bike at level 10 trying to keep the speed between 60 and 80
21 minute treadmill at incline 2 : 15 minutes at 7 km/h + 1 minute 5 km/h + 5 minutes at 7 km/h
15 minute strength + 60 crunches at intervals of 10
Wednesday = spinning 50 minute cardio
